Sarah Young first earned her real estate license in 2006, and since then, she has built a career fueled by her passion for buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Over the years, Sarah has flipped numerous homes in the Charleston area, giving her hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the market from multiple perspectives—as an investor, a realtor, and a short-term rental host.

A graduate of Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, with a double major in Psychology and Sociology, Sarah brings a unique understanding of people to her work. She approaches real estate with compassion, warmth, and a personable touch, ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and confident throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of real estate, Sarah is a devoted wife and mother of four, sharing her home with her kids, husband, three dogs, and a cat. She enjoys beach adventures, exploring holistic health, and bringing her love of interior design into both her personal life and her work helping clients envision and create their dream homes. Her comprehensive knowledge of real estate allows her to guide clients through every step of their journey with insight and strategy.
