Charleston-Area Realtor
I've been a licensed Realtor since 2006, and I work with Maven Realty here in the Charleston area. I've also flipped homes and host my own short-term rentals, so I've seen this market from every side: as an agent, an investor and a homeowner.
Today I help buyers, sellers and investors on James Island, Johns Island, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, and the greater Charleston area.

That means honest answers, real local knowledge and no pressure, whether you're ready to make a move or still deciding. My degree from Westmont College is in psychology and sociology, and I still think real estate is mostly about people: listening well, staying calm when things get complicated and making sure you feel confident at every step.
My family and I have lived all over the country, including a year traveling in an RV, and Charleston is by far our favorite place to call home. I love the history, the marshes and live oaks, the charming downtown and, most of all, the people. Where else do drivers wave you in ahead of them?
At home, I'm a wife and mom of four, with three dogs and a cat. You'll usually find me at the beach, reading up on holistic health or dreaming up an interior design project.
